HOW WE DO IT
Classes are small in size to allow for proper instruction and are multi-leveled for all fitness levels. The Pilate classes have a strong focus on core strength exercises, taking your body through all the different planes of motion while increasing your flexibility and mobility.

The barre classes involve small, isometric movements isolating both large and small muscle groups. You can expect to tone, lengthen and strengthen the entire class.
